DIRECT BURIAL FUNERAL PLAN

The Direct Burial Plan has been designed for those who request no funeral service whatsoever. It is private with no attendance from family.
Some families choose a direct burial so the burial takes place first, then a memorial service or private family gathering may be held at a later date; either at the graveside or other venue.
- Transfer of deceased into our care
- The casket
- Medical documentation
- Funeral arranging
- The burial will take place at the Kelvin Grove Cemetery, Palmerston North, during normal weekday working hours.
- Cemetery fees
- Death registration with the Department of Internal Affairs
- Death certificate
- A standard size casket applies to all our packages, should an over size casket be required, additional charges apply
- Additional charges may apply for transportation out of area
- Other cemeteries can be used with all our burial packages however price adjustments may need to be made depending on location and cemetery fees
- The grave is prepared for one interment, extra depth charges apply if grave is required for more than one interment
